General Liu bolt action mode 180 degree turn bug

Just an update! In the recent Summer Update this bug is still present, in the same fashion as well. Just letting you know.

Summarize your bug When using the General Liu rifle on Bolt Action mode, the gun will occasionally flick your screen to the right, and then back to the front for about half a second. This happens more so when near walls or objects on your side. It almost looks like how an aimbot would work (or at least what I know from seeing videos of cheaters), where it flicks very quickly, but doesn't actually lock on to anything.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Equip the General Liu, activate Bolt Action mode, run around near walls for a bit.
What happens when the bug occurs? You camera flicks to the right and then back to the front for about half a second or longer.

In what game mode did the bug occur? Conquest

Just wanted to let you know, the recent Summer Update did not fix this either.

This bug is still present as of November. It seems to occur in all game modes.
