Getting code 800233EC when try to do the 1.13 update of Battlefield 4 on a PS3.

I am getting the error code 800233EC when try to do the 1.13 update of Battlefield 4 on a PS3.   Sony's support site was not helpful at all in resolving the issue saying it was an error likely with the game itself.  Checked on THEIR site and this issue is coming up a ton with multiple users and games.
