Still looks like a bloody fight, and even the PB guys are saying they don't see a whole lot of any details.
Ban just didn't get enough attention, and maybe some were actually cheating. Makes it worse for the few.
Makes me really begin to dislike PB and EB though, especially their attitude towards the whole thing.
Looks now like they are stonewalling, which I know I didn't have it running. Installed, but not running and their moderators are not exactly the voice of reason either.

Have you got any answers regarding a refund ?
I'm pretty much sick of it as is my brother. If he can't have a refund I think I'll suggest him to contact a consumers rights association to help him out. We speak about a loss of 100 euros with that story.
I got mine refunded, and it looks like the guys there are turning into assholes.
I get the anti-cheating stance, but not to the point of guilty until proven innocent. What a backwards approach to it all. And everyone is fine with it, because they claim it works.
I'll never buy a game with PB on it again, and nor anything from EA. The treatment is ridiculous, and their unwillingness to do anything is worse. I don't buy games to be banned for having software installed that they don't care for.
Yes that's a regretable approach of all of this. You can't do what you want with your machine and programs and if you dare have something they don't like you're guilty until proven innocent.
Do you mind telling me how you got your refund ?
