Getting into servers by myself
Try to get into game and it keeps throwing me into a server by myself. Did not purchase game so I could run around maps alone . Very pissed and seems like a waste of my money. Is there anything I can ...

Well I would recommend you not to use Quick Join as this can happen sometimes. Just press "Multiplayer" in the top bar of battlelog next to your soldier and then in the "Server Browser" find a server that has most players on it.
If you happen to get many servers that are almost empty or empty in total, press "Search For Servers" above and then under the settings "Free Slots" mark 1-5, 6-10 and 10+ and unmark anything else. After this press "Apply Filters" and then you should get a lot of servers that have many players on them.
This would be perfect ^ if that fixed the issue. I am having the exact same problem I guess.. I called EA about this and they referred me to this link.
The problem is the server filter seems to be down. I have checked every box with open slots and all maps, I get 4 servers of which 3 will be empty. If I try quick match it will do just one thing and that is join me with a hardcore game. It doesn't matter when I try it always just hardcore game. Browsing other matchtypes doesn't really do much.
And this: is wat really bothers me I have a premium sub and the DLC has been out 3-4 weeks now... I find it hard to believe that nobody is playing it. Even in the hardcore match I get dropped into it just has about 20 people playing.
Ea told me to post to this topic and/or look into contacting punkbuster about the server problem.

So i followed the EA reps exact steps. There are no servers with players on it according to the server browser.. 5 show up with different game modes and all empty.
Actually I do get some servers If I actually search for the name of a map ( which is an update since Tuesday) But it's a Pain in the behind to do so each time just to play online!

Actually I just did a search myself and I found lots of full servers. Unmark all your maps under the filters and be sure to have only "Official" and "Ranked" servers marked under "Type". Anything else you have marked, unmark it and again under the "Free Slots" menu, just mark the 3 above and unmark anything else.
If you have marked some other stuff under different menus such as "Mode" or stuff under "Advanced Settings", unmark it. After this try again and if it does not work, then maybe your region does not have many servers active sadly. I am searching under EU region, so that could be the case. If you dont mind a little bigger ping, try another region.
