Gift not delivered
I made a purchase of 16,500 funds for Battlefield Play4free. By choosing this amount you receive a Nosferatu, which was never received!! Confirmation of funds sent an email receipt, in game under "REWARDS" did not receive.
Contacted Origin Live Chat & the only resolve they could/would do was credit me 500 funds after escalating this case to their "SPECIALIST". I found out after explaining this case throughly (11-12 )different people w/a case #, in the 3 weeks to get this resolved, they still lacked knowledge & clarity! In fact, on the most part, they were rude & treated you w/the utmost disrespect or either disconnecting you. The expected time to resolve any/all issues were to be~4-5 business days.
Typical response, as per norm!! They talk a big line in so far as wanting to rectify this issue @ hand, but in reality its all about the money they receive from those that buy into the games offered that state "FREE" online games. In reality, I am finding out how predictable the ORIGIN company is, wanting the money, but not delivering the goods!!!
It saddens me to know, you can't trust their company/others that offer service such as this, you can't trust anything they say when they speak about wanting & or trying to correct any issue @ hand, if they did, then it would not have taken so long to resolve w/a meager 500 funds!!!
Their theory is: I did my job & passes the buck...
What a nightmare. If there were more complaints about this company & or other companies, think about the millions of dollars they would lose. But right now, they are fat cats enjoying the rewards of doing a half **bleep** job & getting paid damn good money screwing customers over!!!
Think about it when it comes down to who is losing money~ you or them... BTW~ I did not idly stand by & accept their meager 500 funds as compensation, they owed me & it was the principle of things...
