Give feedback to ea support

Where can I give feedback or talk about the service provided by an EA advisor? This is ridiculous that I paid more than $200 and I get this kind of service when I talk on the chat with someone... I t...

    You have two options that will work well for this:

    1. Contact EA Online Support, where you exchange messages with them through a live chat box.  Good if you are quick to reflect, ask and say what you want and what is on your mind.  And in this chat box you also have n option to upload and share a file with them, before you start your support session.  So make a .txt file of your previous support session that you want to complain about and use to describe what you are not happy with and what needs to be changed.

    2. Alternatively you also have the option to send them an ordinary email, where you then again can attach same file as above and explain all the stuff you want in your email body text.  But you risk of not getting a final answer or action item taken care of right then and there if using the email option.

    But both options works well.

Yip, in short, ea does not care about its primary investors

Another year on and nothing has changed (make that 5+ years on !!)

.... What you see here on either forums, answers, chat bot etc tis all the same unhelpful chat that is almost irrelevant to the cost gamers are buying into ..

Gamers advising gamers on ea is rubbish, they have no company influence or insight

Ea only listened to us original sims players for patches in order to keep the game alive and grow

..... 

Now other games, esp the online dependant ones like swars etc, all require * server needs, the coding is neglectful of achievements as mini games will disregard any upgrades or rewards, and often will not calculate with any accuracy

I will no longer invest in any new ea games

....   ...

Their gaming design policies are corrupt and yet they advertise inclusion as if they care while insighting gambling prior to making achievements or rewards

The moral here is obvious and young and happy gamers are being pitted against each other for support where ea is clearly neglectful

This thread hasn't been active since 2019 so I'm going to close it. If anyone wants to begin a new thread, that's not a problem.

    you can close my newest post too, this isn't a platform for resolve as ea plays no part in any of these issues, so sadly its pointless chatter within the community only
