Gold Battlepacks in bf4 pre order

I got 2 gold battlepack keys from my bf4 pre order, but I've have only been able to redeem 1 code using the redeem codes web site at  www.battlefield.com/bf4-redeem . I can't submit the other code be...

I bought the Digial Deluxe Edition, pre-order bla bla and as soon as I entered Battlelog for the first time, I had all 3 BattlePacks waiting for me to open them, with no redeem code needed or anything...
