Graphical Glitches and Missing Textures

I recently bought BF Hardline and I can't play the campaign because of this bug and I can't play multiplayer. This is how everything looks:

Note the weird graphical "strings" coming towards the screen from further away, this line is everywhere no matter where I look. Also missing textures and in this case (not always) everything seems to be very..red?

I have downloaded the latest drivers, tried different video settings and nothing seems to help. Anyone else had this problem?

    Tried a clean boot, still problems. Going to reinstall my computer and remove everything on the harddrive. Could be time for a clean start, anyway.

    Well, I can happily announce that after removing everything on my computer and reinstalling it, installed the newest drivers again etc it finally WORKS! 🙂 Guess there was some weird thing in there somewhere.
