Graphics Driver crash?
Had crashing tonight on both bf4 and battlefront. Something with my graphics card but have not seen this error before. Does anyone know what this is? Cannot play anything at all, so frustrating pl...

Community ManagerPlease try the following, testing after each step:
- Run your video driver installer and choose custom install and then clean install. Test the game with default GPU settings.
- Manually run the following installer: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4\__Installer\directx\redist\DXSETUP.exe
- Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833

So I did step 1, upon loading game had grey screen and blacks on several occasions, had to hard boot.
Step 2, had tried this previously but tried again and then tried the game, grey screen, hard reboot.
Step 3, did this came up with no errors.
As a last step bf reinstalled windows, updated graphics drivers.
When the higher functions of the card is used, it either goes to grey screen or black, while the monitor is still on.
Then have to hard reboot.
So is the card dead?
Still in warranty so can send back but wondered if there is anything else we can do that we haven't tried.

If you have reinstalled all related software, Windows, video drivers and the game and still see this problem then yes; you probably should contact your manufacturer for hardware support.
