Graphics Driver Issue on new Windows 11 computers

Hiya, Ive mainly been a console player for the last few years but recently was able to afford a new pc and got the game. From what I have seen on other forums, the game has an issue that mistakenly identifies newer Windows 11 Graphics Drivers (Intel in my case) as being obsolete and runs incorrectly and does not allow any control of the first screen to either go into fullscreen or even accept the EULA. Some have previously been able to resolve this issue by installing an older graphics driver to force it to run properly. In my case, because the computer is so new, it got rid of older hardware and does not allow the use of these older drivers and thus I effectively can't run the game even though the newer drivers are more than capable of running it. Is there some way of fixing this in the game itself, or if there's even the unlikely event where this arbitrary issue is patched out (extremely hopeful, I know)? Any help is appreciated
