Can you please try to run a clean boot on your PC https://help.ea.com/tr/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/ ?
I did just run a safe boot and the performance was still horrible. The GPU Usage drops down to the 60s % instead of going up when there are lots of thing on the screen. And it goes higher when there is less going on the screen.Usually 60-70% GPU Usage, and around 70% CPU Usage.
Not to mention that the fps was usually in the 60s (dipping into the low 50s) and 70s when just walking through the city with few people around for example. (St. Quentin Scar)
I will just write this to update the thread.
