Guys i have a question
Can anyone help me i accidentally closed my case because it started bugging on phone and couldnt chat and whenever i press resume case Button it sends me to my topic says i got a new notifications i press it i get sent back Like in a loop can anyone pls help me i would prefwr to talk to a ea support

I'm not sure, but there might be a cooldown. Honestly, when ever I need assistance I use the e-mail option. It does take much more time, but at the end they will help you out.
