Half points in the scoreboard compared to what it's supposed to give

Hi, I'm currently recieving half of the score to what I'm supposed to be getting in matches. Kills give me 50 points, a full cap will give me half the score of a person next to me for the same thing,...

yup and me, im sure it will have something to do with the bonus xp thing, it wasn't doing it for me before that i'm sure. Do we still get the right amount of points towards level up or is that halved aswell?
