HardLine Emblem Help

how is it that i created an emblem in hardline when this game first came out and also created one for my sister too. My sister can tag a wall and it shows her emblem i created. When i tag a wall mine does not show but it shows a different basic pic that is not in my character anywhere..

they were both made the exact same way but of course different pics

any ideas please?

and yes my emblem is still loaded in my character when i review it.

    Xbox series x now. Was using xbox one. Same issue though. 

    Yes when I check my profile it shows the skeleton I created as my tag but wont spray it in a wall for some reason. All art is inside the box too. So idk.

    I even created 3 more last weekend and nothing. Same issue

    no i am not

    here is what i am talking about. attaching pics.. my emblem shows up in my profile but not as a tag even though i saved and used it.

    As far as being in a platoon, that dont matter since the emblem i created for my sister works just fine and neither os us belong to a platoon.

    any ideas would be great..

    look at the pics. both taken while gaming.

    Now mind you i did talk to tech folks and they did gray out all emblems that cannot be used. what you see now is what they have left black to choose from.

    So i dont get it..
