11 years agoWe had an outage in our server backend, could you please tell us if you still encounter connection issues and provide us some information about your routermodem and internet connection in general? I can always recommend to try a cabled connection rather than wireless and to power-cycle your routermodem. To do so, disconnect your modem from the powe-source for about 2 minutes and turn it on again. Please keep in mind that just turning the modem off won't work, you need to actually unplug it from the power-source.
Cheers

10 years agoHey, I'm having the same issue. All other games and internet connection works fine. But when I try to start a single multiplayer match. Always the same message: "YOU HAVE LOST YOUR CONNECTION TO PSN AND THUS LOST YOUR CONNECTION TO EA SERVERS. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ETHERNET CABLE. YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO ACCESS ANY ONLINE FEATURES UNTIL YOU SIGN IN TO PSN AND THE EA SERVERS AGAIN"
Somebody has fixed this problem?? Please EA respond
