Has anyone received CALL TO ACTION MISSION dog tag?

Me and few of my friends have completed the mission that was required for this but we yet to receive this dog tag. Has any one  else gotten this or knows  anything about why it is being delayed?  re...

    call to action win 3 operations is now 15 to 23 july. 

    dont know what went wrong last month but hopefully the problem is sorted out.

    iam guessing we will have to do it again to get the dog tag.

EA are aware of the issue and are working on it soon!
Strange thing is that the tag isn't actually in the game which is odd! But we'll see what happens soon
