HDR not working in BF 1

Hi 

i have the below setup

RTX 2070, 32GB RAM i5 9400. monitor is Predator XB3 running on 4k resolution.

I'm unable to get the HDR section in graphics options area. i get only basic and advance sections.  in windows 10 i have HDR enabled. monitor is set to HDR as well. yet BF1 dose not get it. 

how can i resolve this?

gears 5 worked perfectly as it allowed me to enable HDR and calibrate. 

 i have tried to fix this by disabling dx12 in game - did not worked

Turing off windows 10  HDR - did not work

i have latest drivers for VGA and windows 10 is at 1909.
