There's a few ways but I'm gonna need to know what is that you wanna talk about "with" DICE...
The forms of contact depend if you wanna report something, give feedback, etc.

You cannot contact DICE directly via E-mail.  The only real way you have is to post on the Official Battlefield Forums where Developers actually look.
