Answer HQ cannot handle bans. We don't have access to your account - we can't look into any specific cases. You have to do as you were told. Wait. All we can do in here is link to your options.

Marking the above as correct as that's really all Answer HQ can do.

That being said, you as the owner are responsible for your account, even if someone else does the cheating and besides, accounts are strictly personal so you should not lend your account out in the first place.

I highly doubt you will get unbanned, perhaps you should get your cousin to pay for a new set of games on a new account.

    Yeah, it's my fault.

    but i promised him that i will buy him another games such as Battlefield 3 Premium for his account when i get back.

    so yeah, Battlelog account banned because of him, but promise is promise, so i have to give him my Battlefield 3 Premium.

    Too bad i can't join Battlefield 4 Multiplayer anymore :'(

    i think i should go back to Battlefield 3 again, really need a Premium one but, no budget right now.
