Help Battlelog can only see 1 server for PC BF4 multiplayer.

Hi guys, I just register this game last night after I set up my new PC.
It seems that I can only see 1 server for multiplayer on BF4.
But when I tried to play my BF3, I can see a lot of server but it is totally empty.

Would really appreciate if someone can advice me on how to troubleshoot this?

Sorry for my bad english as it is not my first language.

  • Hi, in Battlelog multiplayer page hit the RESET button and now see if more servers show.

If still having a problem then:

    - Make sure you download and install the latest Battlelog plugins.
First uninstall old Battlelog plugin by going to "Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features" and removing "battlelog web plugin".
Then log in using Origin and go to battlelog page where you'll be prompted to download latest web plugin.
After you have installed it you should clear your cache, exit your browser. Then restart your browser, and then re-login to Origin to ensure proper install.
If this doesn't work then you should try a different browser (Chrome/Maxthon/Firefox, etc)

-Make sure that you have latest version of flash installed http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?no_redirect
