Heroes Bundle does not work, please help

Hi there,

Bought the Heroes bundle on Battlefield 1 that i'm playing on my Xbox series X

- hellfighter pack

- red baron pack

- lawrence of arabia pack

- behemoth camouflage.

It says OWNED in the menu but i can't get any of the bought items

Can you please help me to get my Heroes bundle please

My player name is BearRacoon

@HUN_gattaca_lg The bundle is the DLC as it's additional content which needs to be downloaded and installed.

@blackhilski1964 If you're on Xbox and bought it direct through the Xbox store, you should be able to download it from here: https://www.xbox.com/en-gb/games/store/battlefield-1-heroes-of-the-great-war-bundle/c2930g05lzmx

@HUN_gattaca_lg Yep I do have it. I bought it along with BF1 when it came out, if memory serves.

I found my order history in myaccount.ea.com with dates
I don't even understand why I bought the Deluxe Edition Upgrade separately, three days after the Premium pass
(the Premium pass includes the Harlem Hellfighters, Red Barons and Lawrence of Arabia Packs).

i bougth it in game but when you said the xbox store i checked there and now i finally got the pack
