high end pc.. unplayable game bf1.. low fps and rubberbanding

Many people have the same problem with fps in multiplayer and many threads has been submitted already regarding this issue yet ea still didn't do anything about that at all that fu**ing s*hit!! 

I've purchased this game  for nearly 2 months ago and still cant play in multiplayer with f*cking  horrible fps!,u get  a prefect fps on high settings in single player , while you get horrible fps in multiplayer this embarrassing for EA for having such a  ridiculous and dumb issue as this one

i hope they fixing it up AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
