High ping for no reason
I've got problem with high ping to all BF4 servers started approximately month ago - usual ping to EU servers (mostly russian and german) was 60ms and now it's about 130-150. UOTrace results are in attach. Google tracerts are ok, ping is around 20-30ms. I'm located in Ukraine, Dnipro.

It is of course a bit intriguing why you get two very different results. Especially as one would have thought that the browser server ping would be the lowest, as here you are not burdening the line or server end-point with any special traffic. But think the server hosting do assign priority to data packages coming through from the actual game application. Consider this like when you stand in line to queue up for something. Depending on your 'status' then you get access to premium service/fast track access. (first class airplane passengers board first; fast track passes to Disney World and you can skip the queueing...). The data traffic can be organized in same way.
In any case, 140 ms ping is not entirely bad at all. Its not until 180-200ms and above it becomes noticeable and a real problem for the game play.
True, the lower the better, but considering your physical distance to the game server then its not really realistic to expect anything better, using current wired/optical landline connections.
So with your current in-game ping of 60ms then you are all good !
