Hello,
i play alot on JP server, it usually gives me only 80-100 ping, but now it goes 200s, my favorite server located in JP is now pretty much unplayable.
and i noticed this only happens on JP server, connecting to singapore and china is not a problem and has usual ping, it seems something is wrong with my connection to JP.
does it have to do with port forwarding? help would be appreciated

It doesn't really have to do with port forwarding but with your ISP. You should contact your ISP and ask them if they have any bandwidth limitation placed on your account.
You can also try to hard reboot your router or unplug all cords of the router, wait for 30 seconds and plug them back in. Sometimes there is a problem with the router and it increases your latency.
If the problem still persists, contact your ISP. The problem is 100% on your end and hasn't got to do with port forwarding.

umm, i dont think they limit my bandwidth, download speed goes just fine, and pinging other countries results in the normal ping (like the ping is what it should be)
but i will try to contact my ISP.
here's a screenshot of my favorite servers (i wouldnt put those servers on favorites if they have ping like those.)
You have some servers that are below 200+ ping. That means the chances of the problem to be related to ISP are less likely.
There was a servers reboot today. Maybe the problem is on the back-end and not with your Internet Connection.
But still, contact your ISP and explain them the problem.
