High Ping only for 64 Player Servers

Hey there,

a week ago i decided to buy a membership for Origin Access to try out Battlefield 1. After nearly a week i decided to buy the Revolution Version.

The first week everything was fine my ping was in a stable condition ranging from 20 - 50 (depending on the server and the amount of players).

The last week i spend all the time playing the single player campaign and when i tried to play Conquest Mode 2 days ago, i noticed that the servers show up with high pings only.

Every single 64 Player Server is displayed with a ping from 110 - 400. Every single Server with 32 or less players is displayed with a ping between 20 and 40 max.

When i connect to a 32 player server (or less) my ping is perfectr and stable in the above mentioned range. When i connect to a 64 player server (Region Europe) it's always between 110 and 250 with problems with hit registration and god mode enemies... the other players on these servers have a normal or perfect ping. I'm one of the less than 5% with a high ping then.

The things i tried so far to solve the problems:

-Checking my Firewall and Router Settings
-Port Forwarding
-Checking Antivirus Software and Trojan Infection
-Doing various Speed Tests
-Testing more than 20 different servers for BF1
-Repairing BF1
-Uninstalling and Reinstalling BF1
-Using the Ultima Online Trace Utility mentioned on the EA Troubleshooting page
-Using "Cold Start" for Windows
-Using "Namebench" to find the fastest DNS for me
-Changing DNS Server and using "ipconfig /flushdns"

One thing i noticed, it depends on the time of day if my ping is whacked or not. After midnight (European Winter Time), all 64 player servers (even if full) are shown with a ping below 60. Same goes for early morning until noon. Starting with 1pm to 2pm, the ping starts to raise.

Another side note. Every other game or internet related programm runs all day long without any problems, without any high ping. BF4 for example shows me for the majority of the servers a ping between 10 and 25.
For me it's only the 64 player servers that have a high ping for the whole day excluding late night.

By using google i know that there are other people with exactly the same problem and so far i couldn't find any solution.

The first screenshot shows the result of a speedtest to a server in Holland, far away from me and close to the EA servers.
Second picuture is the traceroute that is mentioned on the EA Troubleshooting page. You can see at one point the ping suddenly is increased by 5 times.
Last picture shows the server browser and the hard difference between 32 player and 64 player server, which makes absolutley no sense to me.
