Hit registration in BF2042 is horrible

I haven't had much issue with hitreg beyond some tbh expected desync when trying to retreat around a corner and still getting caught.
Are you hitting blank shots? Hitmarkers with no damage? Extreme desync? If there are any clips it would definitely help.
