1.quick match， 2. join as team ， 3. search servers ， 4.trainning。

I can see from your reply above that you are playing BF4 on a PC.
And therefore you need to go to a server rental provider outside the game itself to sign up to rent a server hosting with them.
You do this online via your standard web browser.
