how can i fix this: cant open file' C:/windows/system32/pnkbstra.exe

so i bought Battlefield 4 for 3 days ago and it keeps saying''joining server'' and i tried everything on  the forums and on youtube and nothing works then i found out that punkbuster cant open a file becouse its being used by another process... this is it what pbsvc is showing : Can't open file C:\windows\system32\PnkBstrA.exe ( Error 32, process can't get acces to the file because an other program is using it. and i think this is the problem : Is PnkBstrA explicitly allowed?
