How can I redeem my code? I have the code, but it has to be redeemed -- BF 2142

They dont have the product in the listings, but im talking about Battlefield 2142.   I have the code and the game, but when I run it, it says that my code has to be redeemed.  Can someone help me?

    Just get in contact with one of our Game Advisor. They can help you to check your game entitlements and get back in to the game.
