How do I connect to a BF4 Server with an IP Address?

My clan recently rented a Battlefield 4 Server, and we have been unable to locate it via the search filter; we have the IP Address for the Server though. Is there way a to connect to said server with the IP Address?

    Same here. No filters, just my server name in and it finds nothing.

    You can't connect using IP address. If your server isn't visible then there might be an issue with it but for someone to look into that you will have to contact support.
