How do I contact a server admin for a BAN (Xbox One)?

Hello,

I am trying to contact the Admin for a server named "#2 Get Some 24/7 -Skills & Kills -Excellent Maps+" on the Xbox One platform.

This server banned me last night for no apparent reason.  I would like to request them to supply the reason for the ban and request that they add me to the Un-Ban list.

    Hi @turboman777, 

    Server Admins/Owners of Rented Servers are able to moderate their servers at their own discretion. If you'd like to dispute a ban with them, try to contact the admins of the server and ask them to be unbanned. It'll be up to them whether or not the ban is removed. 

    A lot of popular servers will have info in the server description and/or banner on their Discord, website, or other ways to communicate with the server admins so it's no harm to check out the server description for those details.

    Hi @EA_Lanna ,

    Thanks so much for the help.  I did a Google Search for that server name and I could not find their website.  I tried Discord also, but no luck.  Any other suggestions?

    @turboman777 If the owner hasn't included contact details in the server information and hasn't messaged you (check your message requests in case it went there, I gather from the BF4 Reddit sub that this admin usually does message people), all you can really do is play on other servers.

    Bro I’ve been looking all yesterday trying to find a way to contact… I also got banned bc I was 24 kills and 2 deaths , then bam banned!!

    @marshellmac Me too bud! What the heck? It's as if we were too good and they kicked us for being too good. I have no idea. Please let me know if you find anything on the server admin info. I will do the same. Thank you!

    @marshellmac ok, I looked him up on Reddit. The Admin's user ID on Xbox is [Edited by moderation]. I am going to send him an instant message on Xbox One console to ask why I was banned. I will let you know. Thanks.
