I am unfamiliar with computers, but I ordered a Battlefield 4 as a gift for my grandson. I received 2 aqnd ws billed for 2 and I refused the 2nd one, and it was returned to the sender. I have been trying to get a Request for Refund form, but have been unable to get it on my computer. Please tell me what I should do.
