But unless you know at least the answer for the security question, I'm not sure you'll get your account back.

Hey @hunterwyckoff21,
as @Qatsius said, you'd have to contact an EA Advisor, best when you're next to your console. Initiate a chat or request a callback, if the Advisor can confirm that you and the account belong together, you should be able to update your account information and get you access to the account again.
