How do I get un-banned?

Hi,

I am Mason and I was banned middle last year for speaking explicit content in the forums. I had seen many people swearing on forums before and what not so I didn't think of it as it was a "continue the story with 5 words" all the posts where removed from a ea moderator by then Persona of EaAgentXx or something. Anyways I would have thought that Swearing or speaking explicit content would only be a max 2-3 month ban how ever I copped a Full year ban that's set to expire 2014-07-02 7:30pm. The only problem with this is I can't edit my soldier profile because of this ban which gets in the way of making emblems for my Platoon (Delta Operatives) and other requirements for leading the platoon on Battlefield 4.

Long story, short.

I was banned for a year for speaking foul language on a forum topic.

I wish to be unbanned as I cannot edit my soldier profile on BF4

I wish to be unbanned as this interferes with my experience on Battlefield 4 and leading my Platoon on Battlefield 4.
