To link your Gamertag/PSN ID you just have to play an EA game. Or, you can log into our website by using your PlayStation or Xbox credentials.
The picture you showed us means you're likely logging into another EA account (you have 2 or more accounts by accident) or you haven't logged into an EA game yet.
