How do I reset my rented bf4 server

How do I reset my bf4 server....its stuck on second assault maps and classic settings.....wont reset

Hey @6secman,

if you rented a server with EA directly, please do try to reach out to an EA Advisor again. Chat should be available at all times, you can also call in or request a callback.
