I'm playing on xbox one. Google results suggest I should hit RB at the main menu and go to the "Soldier" tab. When I do that, the "Soldier" tab is completely blank. I'm connected to EA's servers just fine and can join multiplayer games without any issues. Are the search results I'm seeing inaccurate, or is this another part of the game that's broken?
No, that is the correct process. You would tab over to the "Soldier" tab, and then go to "Awards". If your soldier is not showing up there, are you sure you are signed into XBL when you have the game booted up? If you do, then try clearing your cache.
Here are the steps to clear your Xbox One Cache:
1. Have your Xbox One on
2. Hit and HOLD the Xbox Button on the front of the console for around 10 sec, until it shuts down
3. Once it has powered down, UNPLUG the power brick from the back of the console and the wall and wait until the light goes off on the power brick.
4. Press the Xbox Button on the front of the console a couple time to ensure all power is drained
5. Wait another 30 sec
6. Plug it back in and power up the console
If that does not work, another way to check your stats would be to look at your Battlelog Profile stats page and keep track there.
