That answer does not help, the guy is after a real address of a real place where someone will open a letter and read what he has to say and the reply using a pen and paper like we used to do in the olden days before live chat and just palming people off.
There is no personal approach anymore it seems and just some poor representative on the other end of the ine with a set of answers to fix a sollution but no one high up gets to feel the brunt of peoples frustration first hand.
I have had a major problem with fifa 14 and not being able to play on christmas on day unless i created a new origin account which lost all teh progress that had been paid for, EA just palmed me off as they only chat answer electronically and then close any conversation if they think they have provided an answer withou asking if the customer was content or understood why.
A real shame - deliver faulty product casue loads of grief and then take all the money - not the best service in the world and it is certainly driving me away from EA games.
