How do we report a server with inmature or bad Admins?

Unfortunately, you were playing on the server that a person rented. Since they are paying for it, it is their server, their rules. 

I am not sure if there is anything that EA Game Advisor could do aside from telling you not to play there any more.

Isn't a rental agreement signed, shouldn't that have some basic rules?

Well, admins have to follow the rules too. Terms of Service are for both players and admins alike - admin cannot kick or ban people just because they don't like them. As there is no server report feature, the generally used solution is to report the admins by going to their Battlelog profile and selecting the report option. However, if there is no evidence (videos, screenshots), it is very unlikely that anything would be done against them (as it would basically be a word vs word situation).

Also, EA Advisor can't really do anything about it - he doesn't have the power to give judgement in such cases, so the most he would be able to do would be giving you instructions on where to go with the report.

Sir can u pls. tell me is the admin have the capable to see the account did hacked even that's from a previous years already? Example 1-3 times only since 2015 then stop after 3rd times since from 2015 also & never do that again as of 2016 to 2018?

Pls. help because I was being kicked 2 times every time I get high scores even I din't cheat what the hell is going on here? 

I am not judging if anything or certain game sitution is fair or not, but fact is that a server admin can decide to kick or ban people just as they like.  So some of the 'answers' above are not correct.  They pay to rent the server and its entirely up to them to decide if/when and who they want to kick or entirely ban from their server.  And they dont need to have any reason for such either.  There are no obligations to allow other players to come freely onsite to the server they rent either.  That is not how it works.

With regards to prior hackers that have not matured and come good, a server admin will not have the history track record available on other players all except of course if they took private notes during the years and kept these up to date along the way.  Some (or most) admins also leave the players they have once banned on the ban-list forever going forward.  So once banned, such banned players will typically have to message the server admin with a plea to get their ban lifted before being able to come back and play on that server.

SAME * HERE, Just try and get EA help, Impossible

They will keep sending you back to help page, over and over again.

They have to contact the server ADMINS of BF3 and have them all reset there bans

They all Perm Ban you for nothing, Cant even play freekin game
