It's pretty simple - as you're on PC, you will simply have to join this server http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/servers/show/pc/dde9b095-b610-4d14-93dc-717a0234511b/EA-Ireland-FridayNightBattlefield-EU/ - people usually start joining on Friday more or less around 9 PM CEST, and some keep on playing even until 4-5 AM.
I also recommend trying out the Teamspeak channel of EA Ireland - that's where most of regulars talk (there is plenty of banter). The IP is 85.236.100.85:19367 (no password required).

Nope. The only PC server is the European one... plenty of Americans are playing there though, especially later during the night.

Yes there is @2-POINT-UHOH and you are just in luck as we are actively standing one up (I'm one of the FNB founders\admins working on that project). Don't let the EA Ireland name fool you, it's a server located in central North America, we just work most of the FNB stuff out of the EA Ireland office.
