@VenomTheKlyntar I was just able to email EA help but when going through selecting a topic I had to select something different.
Battlefield Bad Company 2>Steam>Missing Content>Never Received Content and then it gave me the option to actually open a case.

I tried the same procedure as you @itsyoboiclaudio
Let's see how long it takes them untill they do their job. Either they need to provide a key or fix the steam entry so that everyone is provided a key automatically
