How on Earth do I link my GamerTag to Battlelog when it's apparently activated on another ID?

I've had this problem since BF3's release, and got over trying to fix it. I don't have access to a computer, I'm on my iPad, so any Origins related fixes I cannot do. I just need someone to link my Xbox Live Gamertag to Battlelog, because I cannot. It's linked to an email address I have never used nor seen, and it is driving me up the wall, I'm pulling my hair out in frustration.

You may want to contact EA support directly, as since it is linked to another email they'll need to undo that for you.

Yes, you will need to get in contact with one of our Game Advisor. They can help you to connect the right Gamertag to the correct account after a short verification process.
