How to change my platform from xbox to pc on battlelog

Ive been playing on xbox for a couple of years hence my profile on battlelog is with my xbox account, But now ive swapped to pc and wish to join a pc clan but hence i need to change platform on battlelog to pc........Can anyone help.

    WRONG!

    as a CM you should know that;

    when you have multiple soldiers(means platforms because you cant really have multiple soldiers) for SAME GAME (i have bf4 for both pc and ps4) you are a  bit startled because web page refuses to show you your soldier for other platform (it took 10-15 minutes for me to find the ps4 soldier)

    go to battlelog, select your game (bf4 in your case) select soldier (it will show you your default soldier) under your nickname, next to game logo you will notice XXXX's profile, click it, there is a tab on right shows all your soldiers (including a button to "View All Soldiers") then feel free to "Set As Active".

    so, unlike Dennis said, it is  NOT ON SOLDIER MENU, it is on your profile (soldier menu is in fact on your profile) what he told you shows your SELECTED soldier, not soldierS menu

    There's no real need to tell Battlelog what platform you are playing on primarily. Since you've only played Battlefield 4 on PC so far, according to your profile, it should automatically select your PC soldier for you on the Battlefield 4 site. If you would have multiple soldiers for Battlefield 4 (or Battlefield 3 respectively) you could switch between them by opening the soldier tab in the main menu and selecting "Change soldier" in the lower right corner beneath your XP bar. This switch menu is only there if there are multiple soldiers for the same game.

    i have just purchased bf4 on pc but i can only view my ps4 stats andcanot see any option to change soilder, ps are unopened battlepacks transferable to pc?
