It is not complicated. It is showing people what could be going on and providing a little insight to the problem.
Since a reg file could contain anything (also unwanted entries) I rather show what is in it, than post a file on the
internet that cannot be trusted as it's content is unknown.
If I did wanted to include a link I would have used less shady sites that did not bring other shady popups.
(in other words, your links have been removed out of precaution)
The content of the .reg file is provided in the first post so users can make their own .reg file if they want to.

The sites you used triggered a plethora of spam and other unwanted popups. So
