How to limit download speed for games

Hi, Im downloading Battlefield 4 atm, and during that time i want to do some other stuff, but i cant find any option to limit download speed so i can do those other stuff without low connection prob...

Shameful that this is still an issue 7 years layer. It's difficult to find anything to compliment EA for when they try so hard to mess up the most essential things
