Do you have a PS plus subscription for your PS4? This is needed in order to play online on PS. If you do, does your account have underage status? If yes, then you are sadly not eligible as the message says to play the game. You will either need to contact PS support here: https://support.us.playstation.com/ if your PS account is underage or EA support if your Origin account is underage: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/contact-ea-help .
If this is not the problem, you will then have to still contact EA support and check with them on the details of your case.
