How to report conduct violation in BF4?

HI there,

I would like to report a server and the member of the server. I went to the this server [deleted] to play BF4 and the admin I believe of members of the server started making really vulgar racist comments about black people and Jewish people. Saying the N word and promoting hate towards black and Jews.

I would like to know how to report this server and there members. IP address to the server is [deleted]

I hope to hear from your soon.

If you think you saw unfair behavior while playing Battlefield 4 and would like to report a cheating or harassing player, simply:

    • Log into Battlelog and open Battlereports from the the top of the screen.
    • Find the relevant Multiplayer Match with the player you'd like to report and select the offending player from the scoreboard.
    • Click the small triangle in the top, right-hand corner of this menu and select Report Cheater, or Report Profile.

We take cheating and harassment reports very seriously and appreciate your helping to make a stronger, safer community for all players.

You can also report a player to support, follow this steps here, on how to do that: http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-report-cheating/ .

First of all I am reporting basically a hate crime. Second, do you think EA is in the position to side with individuals that violate their own rules?

If I knew where the report abuse button was I would not be here.

    Hi,

you can report a player on battlelog. You can add your explanation and

extra information like the server address.

This does not spell out the procedure.  I went to battlelog.  I don't see a way to report anyone on it.  Actually if EA really did care about conduct rather than $$ a way to report and capture the offending chat would be built into each game.

I also had a similar experience. A full clan on guys had emblems with stars of David with skulls in them. I have an israeli dog tag on, I live in oregon, and they joined and being killed by them made me feel their hatred. I had to leave the game because it hurt to see such open hatred. I wish ea sports would be responsible for monitoring the emblems people create. It's being used to create hate and display it in their servers. Frankly, it made me think ea sports is partly responsible for fixing this. Theor clan name was smug. I didn't catch their names but I hope they are all banned and this is monitored so it doesn't happen anymore

You can go to the players' battlelog profile and report their emblem via the the reporting function (see photo below). Select "report profile" and then select the emblem as the reason and describe the reason for reporting. Also link the battlereport.
