How to set new origin id with existing origin id

Just recently upgraded to the xbox one and trying to play BF4 i COULDNT sign in with my existing origin id, so i had to create a new origin id (that doesnt have a email linked with it). So how do i take the new origin id that has all the weapons and stuff and replace it with my exsisting origin id/account?
