How to transfer the game from one device to another device

You have to buy the game again on that other device

I don't know what you mean by transferring to another device. If you mean you bought a new computer, you just have to download Origin, sign in, and your games can be found in the My Games tab. If you switched to a completely different platform like you went from a pc to an Xbox, then you would have to do as the previous poster said, and buy a copy for that platform.
