Hello od122001,
In order to unlock the FY-JS sniper rifle, you have to complete the Recon Expert (Gold-tier) assignment.
More specifically...
- Complete Recon Veteran Assignment
- Obtain 50 Marksman Ribbons
- Obtain 200 kills with any Sniper rifle
- Obtain 10 Sniper Rifle Ribbons

how and what are these, how do i get them
How to obtain Marksman Ribbon
In order to get a Marksman Ribbon, you have to make headshot kill of 250m long.
If you make a headshot kill from 50m long, you get Marksman Bonus. If you get 250 Marksman Bonus points, you get 1 Marksman Ribbon.
How to complete Recon Veteran Assignment
- Complete Recon Basic assignment.
- Obtain 8 kills with any Sniper rifle
- Have 5 squad members spawn on you
